Colonial Strategies Scam

Welcome to the Time Share Scam Blog. This Blog aims to exposed timeshare fraud and keep you informed from being the next victim. The first fraud company featured is Colonial Strategies. (Formerly Worldex, River Marketing, Beaufort, Ferguson Lang etc)

Beware of the following Scums at Colonial Strategies
1) David George Grimes
2) Peter Mitch Mabbort
3) Darren

Below is the experience of one Colonial Strategies victim.

Dear all, just to share my experience with this company call Colonial Strategies at Tong Building (Rolex Building) previously also known as Beaufort Park, Vivaconnect, Worldex or god knows how many other alias.
When the victims are unfortunate enough to be "psychoed" by them to take up their package and to pay a SGD2k deposit, during the contract signing, one of the papers signed is actually a contract stating the 2k is for the purchase of a "one time vacation" with "OVC" to be used within 1 year, supposedly for a cruise. During their presentation they keep on saying it is FOC.
Because it is a "One time" thing and can only be used within 1 year, it does not fall under timeshare in the Consumer Protection Fair Trading Act, and so no cooling period. So once signed, it's black and white, and they won't pay the money back. So in the end if you do cancel/terminate the time share contract, the 2k they wont refund you.
Sad to say, I am one of the victims. Right now I am gathering fellow victims to maybe go to Small Claims Tribunal or other course of actions to reclaim our money back. If you are one of the unfortunate victims & wish to join forces, please email me at spellxr @ gmail dot com .
To the others, there's no free lunch, if something is too god to be true, then something must be fishy. If anyone want you to make a decision right away for a purchase, it's because they don't want you to think clearly or do further research. This is a simple fact & yet I paid dearly to learn this lesson.
